Native Hebridean
Native Hebridean Salmon are a truly unique breed, descended from the wild salmon of the rugged and remote North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Raised in their natural environment in the Hebridean Islands and West Coast of Scotland, these salmon are known for their robust, lean, and firm texture. Their distinctive, succulent, and sea-fresh taste captures the essence of the waters they call home.

Lochlander Salmon
Lochlander Scottish Salmon are raised with care in waters surrounding the rugged coastline of the Western Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Crafted using only the finest Scottish salmon, each fillet is hand-cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, before resting to slowly absorb the cure. Each fillet is then gently smoked over Scotch whisky cask chippings and left to mature, giving its signature flavour. Lochlander Smoked Scottish Salmon offers an intense yet well-balanced smoke profile, rounded with a hint of sweetness.
