BAKKAFROST SCOTLAND SPONSORS 2023 COWAL GATHERING

Dunoon welcomed thousands of people to the world's most spectacular Highland Games last week, 24-26 August. Bakkafrost Scotland was a proud headline sponsor, and we were honoured to take part and provide our support to such a significant event for both the local community and visitors.

Visitors from the four corners of the globe poured into the town and surrounding area to attend what is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the Scottish calendar.

Crowds watched as over a thousand competitors fought to secure some Cowal silverware. Dancers, pipers, heavy athletes and wrestlers were joined by entertainers including cyclists, axe throwers and musicians to ensure the Gathering’s crowds were wowed from early morning until the end of the day.
