BAKKAFROST SCOTLAND AND NATIVE HEBRIDEAN ATTEND THE 2023 ROYAL HIGHLAND SHOW

Last week, the 22-25 June, the Royal Highland Show was back for its first year since the pandemic. The annual event showcases the best of food, farming and rural communities, of which we are a part, at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh.

Bakkafrost Scotland attended the event and for the first time with our Native Hebridean Smoked Scottish Salmon stand, a great addition to the "Scotland's Larder" section of the food hall. The stand was busy from start to finish with questions, tastings and selling products - our Native Hebridean salmon becoming a clear favourite amongst the attendees.

On the Saturday we took part in the cookery theatre, conducting a cookery demonstration with our award-winning product range. Catriona Frankitti did an amazing job hosting alongside guest chefs, using their expertise and skills to showcase our product range and create mouth-watering dishes.

It was great to be able to welcome new customers, family and friends to one of Scotland's biggest and best events.
