Apprenticeships and young people
We are proud to invest in our modern apprenticeship program which provides opportunities for all ages.
Our apprenticeships teach the knowledge and skills that support well paid, skilled employment in rural communities across Scotland. The program enables you to gain invaluable work experience along with professional qualifications, all whilst earning a salary.
We give each of our modern apprentices a fantastic foundation to kick start their career in aquaculture and currently offer more than 4 different apprenticeships with 44 employees currently in the program.
